My customer's payment failed, but they are seeing multiple charges

The buyer is most likely experiencing a pending charge, which can occur when a transaction fails. The buyer's bank may continue to hold the funds temporarily for about 3-5 business days. Please note that these funds are never transferred to the payment processor, and therefore Celery does not have control over when the funds will be returned to the buyer.

The recommend course of action is to not initiate further charges until all pending charges have been reversed.
