Resend order confirmation email

Overview


If the buyer did not receive the email for any reason, you can resend the order confirmation email.

Disclaimer

  • You will not be able to resend the confirmation email if your Order Created email notification is disabled.

Getting Started


1. In the order editor, click on the dropdown Actions.

2. Select Resend order confirmation. A success alert notification will appear in the dashboard when the email has been sent.
