Bulk Actions Overview

Bulk actions allow sellers to easily complete tasks like charging and fulfilling multiple orders in batches. Bulk actions work in conjunction with either filtered orders or manually selected orders. Below are some common use cases for bulk actions:
  • Charge all open and unpaid orders
  • Mark as Fulfilled only paid orders that were created before 2014-09-10
  • Queue for ShipStation only paid orders on the shown page
1a. In your orders list, select which orders to be included in the bulk action.



1b. To select all orders, click the select all checkbox. This action will bring up an option to select all orders on the current page or all orders on all pages

WARNING: If all orders on all pages are selected, please be certain of the orders to be included. Bulk actions are permanent and cannot be cancelled once initiated.




2. Click on the Bulk actions dropdown menu and select to bulk action to initiate.


3. Once the bulk action has been initiated, a green alert will be shown and the statuses of bulk action orders will be temporarily changed to pending (or removed from the list if order filters are enabled). Bulk actions may take up to a few minutes to complete. Please refresh the orders page to see the results.

When orders are undergoing a bulk action, no additional action should be done to these orders until the bulk action is completed.

Below are the bulk actions currently available and a list of order, payment, and eligible fulfillment statuses in order to perform the bulk action. For example, an order with order status "cancelled" does not match any of the filters below, so it could never be included as part of a bulk action.

- Order Status: open
- Payment Status: unpaid, failed
- Fulfillment Status: unfulfilled, failed, fulfilled

Fulfillment Bulk Actions

Mark as Fulfilled

- Order Status: open
- Payment Status: unpaid, failed, paid, authorized, refunded
- Fulfillment Status: unfulfilled, failed

Mark as Unfulfilled
- Order Status: open
- Payment Status: unpaid, failed, paid, authorized, refunded
- Fulfillment Status: failed, fulfilled

Fulfill with Shipwire
- Order Status: open
- Payment Status: unpaid, failed, paid, authorized, refunded
- Fulfillment Status: unfulfilled, failed, held

Queue for ShipStation
- Order Status: open
- Payment Status: unpaid, failed, paid, authorized, refunded
- Fulfillment Status: unfulfilled, failed
